SIG Directory: add Matthieu Le Berre

Summary

Adding myself to the following SIGs:

• dApp Integration — currently building dApps on Canton with a C#/.NET stack
• Daml Language & Developer Tooling — building Daml codegen and SDK tooling for .NET (related dev fund proposal: #46)
• DAR Package Management & App Lifecycle — same proposal scope covers packaging and lifecycle for generated code
• Token Standards / Asset Standards — built and deployed tokenisation workflows on Canton at Trakx
• Canton APIs (Ledger API, SQL API, Admin API) — building C# clients for Ledger API (gRPC + PQS)
• Node Deployment & Operations — operating Canton validator nodes across devnet, testnet, and mainnet for multiple organisations

Background

I've been working with Canton for about a year — first as CTO at Trakx (deploying nodes, building tokenisation), also deploying and managing the Artex validator nodes, and now at Peaceful Studio where I'm developing dApps and hoping to open-source developer tooling for the .NET ecosystem.
