The project ships across 4 adoption-based milestones over 12 months and requests 2,100,000 CC in total funding.

  • Milestone 4 (Maintenance & Adoption Support) carries 0 CC: costs are covered by the earlier milestone payments.
  • The CLMM module is explicitly designed to be complementary to existing Canton tooling — it does not replace DAML tooling or change Canton protocol behavior.
  • Optional permissioned pool mode (KYC/allowlist) is included as a stretch deliverable in Milestone 3, supporting institutional adoption use cases.
