##Notes for Reviewers This proposal specifically addresses the ecosystem-wide gap for standard test scaffolding and security verification for Canton smart contracts. While Sigli.ai is building out the on-chain neobank for autonomous AI agents, this grant explicitly focuses on the open-source release of the DAWE test harness, the PolicyConfig portability adaptor, and the reference workflow implementations so that any Canton developer can test and verify their applications against enterprise-grade security standards.
