Summary

Zivoe proposes building and independently auditing an open-source Daml vault framework for tokenizing private credit on Canton. The framework will be released under a permissive, open-source license so future Canton developers can adopt or extend it to launch their own private credit products on the network. Upon completion, Zivoe will deploy a Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) strategy on Canton as the first production implementation of the vault, bringing a high-yield private credit product, backed by a $1B+ annual origination pipeline, to the Canton ecosystem.
