Summary

K2F Labs has operated production applications on Canton mainnet for over a year, built on a comprehensive in-house Rust SDK covering the ledger client, DAR codegen, a typed Daml runtime, transcoding, and a Splice application layer (token standard registry, Scan, wallet flows, ledger indexing). This proposal funds open-sourcing that SDK under Apache-2.0, aligning it with published DA standards (Ledger Client Standard, daml-lf-archive, CIP-56), and integrating it with the official toolchain (dpm, Canton/Splice release cadence), with the final milestone gated on adoption by independent organizations.

We are open to collaboration with all ecosystem Rust efforts.
• Post-grant maintenance is self-funded: K2F's production applications run on these crates, so maintenance continues as part of our own operational upgrade cycle.
