Summary

Open-source daml-format, a fast, configurable, lossless Daml code formatter (CLI, DPM component, package-manager binaries, VS Code extension, GitHub Action, parser/formatter library). Ships with three presets (obsidian, daml-finance, splice), is tested for idempotence against a 736-file corpus (Splice + daml-finance), and preserves semantic validity.

• Total request: 2,300,000 CC across 4 milestones. M1 delivers immediately upon acceptance.
