Notes for Reviewers

• SIG tag defi-protocols and Champion section have been included in the proposal file.
• The CIP-0116 Non-Issuer Featured App (FA) requirement of 5,000,000 CC lockup has been secured.
• Core Daml contracts (10 modules, DAR v0.3.4) and TypeScript execution engine are fully covered with 428 passing tests.
• Canton MainNet validator node (roilfinance-validator-1) is bootstrapped and active.
