Summary

The Canton Private Scheduled Execution Toolkit is an open-source Daml and TypeScript stack for executing a large asset order over time while keeping the full parent order private from the venue.

The owner approves a parent order and a bounded Token Standard V2 allocation. A deterministic executor creates short-lived child slices, checks venue-authorized quotes, and submits Token Standard settlements. The toolkit supports partial fills, cancellation, expiry, bounded catch-up, restart recovery, and ledger-based reconciliation.
