[Amendment] Contributor Enablement #72 M2 & M3 Deadlines

This proposal was initially submitted on March 19th, 2026 and the timeline was estimated at this time. Given it has been approved on July 29th, 2026 (over 4 month later), we are requesting to update milestone 2 & 3 to allow enough time for development.
