Summary

Canton has no flash-liquidity present. Vacuumlabs will deliver a primitive for flash-liquidation, a reference flash liquidation integration, a settlement compatibility kit (that will tell if a particular asset can be flash-borrowed). This will allow for users to not have to hold idle liquidity for arbitrage trading, liquidation bots where transactions can be settled atomically.
