Summary
Koschei proposes to extend the existing Sentinel cybersecurity evidence and evaluation foundation with a Canton-specific, open-source security assurance and incident-readiness toolkit.
The funded work is limited to new Canton-specific public-good deliverables: a Canton evidence schema and adapter, privacy-aware deterministic assurance rules, evidence bundles, operator/developer CLI and API interfaces, a reproducible Canton security benchmark and test corpus, reference integrations, documentation, and a maintenance plan.
The proposal explicitly separates pre-existing Koschei Sentinel capabilities from the new Canton-specific work requested from the Development Fund. The requested 500,000 CC is divided across four objectively verifiable milestones over 12 weeks and remains open to Tech & Ops review, particularly regarding initial evidence-source scope and final funding level.
