Summary
Amendment to approved proposal #78. It recalculates the performance-based milestones for CC/USD movement since submission, per the proposal Volatility Stipulation and CIP-0100, using the 30-day average CC/USD price at both ends. Milestone 3 goes from 300,000 CC to 445,806 CC and Milestone 4 from 400,000 CC to 594,408 CC.
