Proposal: Institutional Term Funding & Repo Market Pilot
Proposal file: proposals/dorkfi-institutional-repo-pilot.md
---
Summary
Dork Labs proposes to build and deploy a pilot institutional repo market on Canton — enabling regulated participants to borrow against tokenized collateral and settle programmatically with full counterparty privacy. The pilot targets $5M–$15M in transaction volume over 7–30 day funding windows, with all DAML contracts delivered as open-source. Dork Labs operates DorkFi, a live overcollateralized lending protocol in production across two networks.

Notes for Reviewers
This proposal was developed in coordination with Dr. Amanda Martin (COO, Canton Foundation) following an introduction at ETHDenver. Dr. Martin recommended us to submit via PR after reviewing an early draft. Target pilot counterparties are Circle, Ondo Finance, and Anchorage Digital — we have existing contacts at each target organization. We are also open to additional pilot partners. The Dork Labs team brings live production experience in collateralized lending and Haskell/DAML-applicable systems engineering.
