Amendment to #109: Wallet Gateway Reference Implementation (Milestone 6)
Requesting an amendment to the approved proposal in #109 to add Blockdaemon as delivery partner for Milestone 6.
- Milestone 6 reward (800.000 CC) split 60% Blockdaemon (480.000 CC) / 40% Digital Asset (320.000 CC). Total request is unchanged at 6.700.000 CC.
- Fallback: if Blockdaemon misses the Nov 30th 2026 deadline plus a 30-day grace period, DA may complete Milestone 6 and receive the funding less 10% (720.000 CC). Blockdaemon's share is forfeited and the standard late penalty does not stack.
- Blockdaemon has approved these terms.
