Summary

This proposal introduces Canton Network: Infrastructure for Autonomous Financial Agents, an agentic wallet infrastructure on the Canton Network that enables:

  1. Phone number–based authentication for identity-linked wallets and autonomous agents (via Vodafone and Twilio), enabling KYC-compliant agent transactions without per-transaction user intervention.
  2. Agentic payment workflows — automated repo sweeps, RWA rebalancing, dividend distribution, and B2B2C overnight yield optimization, powered by Daml smart contracts and integrated with Pillar Wallet / PillarX (250k+ users) and OpenClaw (2.8M agents).
  3. Zero-knowledge counterparty risk verification — privacy-preserving proofs of exposure thresholds, collateral adequacy, and solvency for institutional participants, without exposing sensitive balance-sheet data.
