Avoid compiling DARs more than necessary in tests

I noticed that compiling DARs is quite slow and I wonder if we should avoid compiling too many of them.

Should we merge these test, by adding an additional Postgres.database >+> Pqs.runPipeline (using the same DARs and ledger state)? WDYT?
