Expose record_time in the read API

Part of #74

• Add created_, archived_, assigned_ and unassigned_record_time to the contract type, exercised_record_time to the exercise type (V050) and record_time to the transactions view.
• The read functions take them from the __transactions rows they already join; nothing else stores them.
