CIP-0012 proposes minor adjustments to Canton Coin processing and operational configuration on the Global Synchronizer, identified during MainNet staging rehearsals. Specifically, it addresses a rounding error in holding fee calculations and a round stall fault, which require changes to Daml model code and on-chain configuration. The proposal seeks Super Validator rights owners' approval for these fixes to be implemented via two separate on-chain governance votes, enabling a new MainNet launch date of June 11th.
