    According to CIP-0039 Copper is approved to receive an additional Tier 3 SV weight (weight 1) in return for supporting Canton in the Copper Clearloop ecosystem. 
     
    The vote proposal is to increase GSF minting weight to +1
     
    Votes in all networks will be submitted to set GSF weight from 270000 to 280000
