Summary

Stratalink Labs proposes the first liquidity verification oracle on Canton Network — open-source Daml contracts (Oracle Orchestrator, Request-Fulfillment lifecycle, consumer verification, compliance observer) that enable institutional participants to verify real, tradeable market liquidity within on-ledger settlement workflows. Built by IntellectEU via Catalyst. Grant request over 6 weeks / 3 sprints. Fourteen venues already live off-chain.

Notes for Reviewers

The grant-funded scope is exclusively the open-source Daml contract layer and reference implementations — no proprietary computation is deployed on-ledger. All contracts will be published under Apache 2.0. IntellectEU (Canton Foundation member) has validated the architecture and delivered a formal commercial proposal. Canton Foundation ED Melvis Langyintuo and Canton Strategic Holdings President Mark Toomey have endorsed the project.
