Congratulation to Lukka for meeting the obligations listed in CIP-0032

The Tokenomics Committee has confirmed that Lukka met the requirements.

Lukka has recently introduced AML blockchain screening and monitoring for Canton Coin on the Canton Network, which is now available within our Blockchain Analytics product.
